Bryn The Dragon Easter Egg

Dear Wicked(ly) Customers: We regret that we are unable to supply any more Bryn The Dragon Easter Eggs until after the Easter period, this is due to an unforeseen shortage of packaging rather than a shortage of chocolate. We can only apologise for this situation but interest in the Bryn Egg has been well beyond expectations this year due to some unexpected media interest.

Luckily for our lovely customers, dragon eggs aren't seasonal (yay!), meaning our chocolatiers don't get any rest just because it's not Easter every day of the year (boo!). That said, they ARE dragon eggs and the deep magic so essential to their creation isn't easy to conjure up, even for the wise old wizards here at Wickedly Welsh Chocolate. So as dragons go, Bryn is about as rare and special a little dragon as it's possible to get. Because of their rarity, supply has to be strictly limited to customers who believe in dragons, not just those who love their oh-so-chocolaty taste.

The story of Bryn is quite simple really; The Wickedly Welsh Chocolate Co was entrusted with the last real life Dragons Egg which, for millennia, had been buried very deep (and very forgotten) in a Pembrokeshire hillside hidden from the world ... until now. Our artisan chocolatiers have lovingly crafted chocolate replicas of this ancient treasure and they are now ready to be broken open and released (or, you know, eaten! Up to you really).

Bryn is a beautiful baby dragon, hand crafted from white chocolate brushed with a light golden shimmer and nestled in the middle of a solid milk chocolate half of an eggshell, protecting a 'secret' salted caramel truffle hidden just behind him. The other half of the chocolate egg is hollow, making it really easy for anyone of any age to carefully break open the egg and reveal the beautiful Bryn inside.

Being a Dragon egg means that Bryn is somewhat heavier than the normal, average, chocolate egg at a minimum of 180g. Whilst Bryn is sculpted from white chocolate and guards his secret salted caramel truffle, the rest of the egg is made from our luxurious milk chocolate.

When we tested Bryn with our own children they absolutely loved smashing the hollow side of the egg with the back of the spoon and revealing Bryn. That being said, we're sure that kids of all ages will love this mythical milk chocolate masterpiece.
