Shipping policy
Please allow 3-4 business day for your order to be packed and shipped. Please note that this standard fulfilment period can be considerably extended at our busiest times of the year, Easter and especially Christmas, with up to 5 clear working days between the date of order and shipping.
Once your order is shipped please allow 2-3 WORKING days (i.e. excluding Saturday and Sunday) for delivery. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service allowing you to follow your order through the Royal Mail's delivery network.

Orders over £50 to UK Mainland Postcode - Free Delivery
We do not currently ship our chocolate to addresses outside the UK mainland.

We normally ask you to allow for three to four working days for your order to be shipped because sometimes we need to make your chocolate goodies to order, fresh and just for you. Other times it may simply be because we have so many orders on the go, and our packaging and shipping team are flat out trying to get the goodies out the door, so do allow for the full three days that we ask for.
Christmas is the time of year when we are most under pressure and when we respectfully request a higher degree of understanding. Every order and every customer is important to us and we are, of course, also intensely aware that the majority of orders placed at this time are very important Christmas gifts where delivery is critical. We believe it is only fair to fulfil orders chronologically and this can sometimes double the standard order fulfilment period ... this possibility is instrumental in the date we choose as the deadline for pre-Christmas orders (usually 7 days before Christmas Eve). We understand that this might not fit with every circumstance and we CAN prioritise an order if necessary, but if you do require a more urgent delivery please remember that we can only help if you talk to us and make your needs known.
Also, keep in mind that we don’t just throw these little chocolatey dreams (we are modest, but they do taste awesome) into bags and toss them out of the door. Nope. We know that for many of you, these orders are gifts, they are thank-you messages, they are a “well-done”, they are romantic gestures, they are expressions of your heart-felt feelings. With this in mind we take the utmost care to make sure that every order is carefully picked, packed and popped off for shipping in sustainable and recyclable packaging.
Sometimes of course, despite our best efforts and for many reasons outside our control, some deliveries can and do go wrong. On the rare occasion that this happens please be assured that we're absolutely mortified, we know that any poor delivery experience can easily result in the loss of a valued customer.
