*NEW* Bryn Pooh! - Milk Chocolate Coated Toffee Popcorn
Mischievous little nuggets of joy from our baby Welsh Red Dragon, Bryn (Y Babi Draig Goch). Legend has it that baby dragons are rather tricky to potty train (no one makes dragon nappies, see), and when Bryn gets the giggles… well, magic happens. Each little chocolate-covered toffee popcorn “nugget” is a tiny taste of wonder, the sort you’ll want to share, but probably won’t. Pob lwc (good luck) saving any for later!
Handcrafted here in Wales using the exact same award-winning milk chocolate we make for our luxury Fortnum & Mason creations, Bryn Pooh begins with premium butterscotch popcorn. We coat it in real, golden toffee (caramelised granulated sugar) said to be drawn through pipes of solid Welsh gold from the mythical volcanic Toffee Mines beneath the Pembrokeshire hills, then lavish it with our silkiest milk chocolate until it becomes a delicious treasure from Bryn’s hoard. Make a wish as you crunch — some say each piece carries a sprinkle of baby-dragon magic. (We say it’s irresistibly delicious.)

Due to the exciting expansion of the wholesale side of the business as we embraced creating amazing chocolate for the likes of Fortnum & Mason, we had to make the sad decision to close our popular visitor attraction in order to create more production space. Although the centre and shop have been closed for a number of years now, such was it's popularity that we still receive disappointed calls from would-be visitors to this day.
We can't thank our wonderful customers enough for the support you have given us for so many years and it is our dearest wish that the centre may return again one day when we move to somewhere with a little more room.
