Wickedly Welsh Chocolate S’mores (Welsh Style)
Ingredients:

200g Wickedly Welsh Devilishly Dark Chocolate (or Moreish Milk Chocolate for a sweeter option)

8 Digestive biscuits (broken in half)

16 large marshmallows

2 tbsp unsalted butter (optional, for a richer flavour)

A pinch of sea salt (optional, to enhance the chocolate flavour)
Instructions:

Prepare the chocolate: Break the Wickedly Welsh Dark Chocolate into pieces. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can gently melt the chocolate with the butter in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler, or in the microwave in short bursts. Stir until completely smooth and glossy, then set aside.

Toast the marshmallows: If you're outdoors, roast your marshmallows on skewers over a fire until golden brown and crispy on the outside, with a soft, gooey centre. If you’re inside, place the marshmallows under the grill for about 1-2 minutes until they’re golden.
